Thank you for your interest in Brown Play School! The first step in the enrollment process is to complete the application form below along with a $50 application fee. Upon submitting the form, you will be redirected to PayPal to securely enter your payment information using either a credit card or PayPal account.

If you prefer to submit your payment via cash or check, please print out a hard copy of the application. You can mail or drop off the completed application per the instructions on the form.
